WINDSOR, Colo. – April 22, 2016 – Erik Halverson, director of Land Development and Acquisitions for OmniTRAX, In., an affiliate of The Broe Group, has been appointed as the newest board member of the American Red Cross of Northern Colorado.
“Not only has the Red Cross helped the region recover from the fires and floods in recent years, but they are also making northern Colorado residents safer through the CPR and First Aid courses they provide,” Halverson said. “OmniTRAX shares in this commitment to safety, and I am grateful for the chance to support this great organization.”

Halverson has a strong background in construction, real estate, property development, and property management. As part of his current role, Halverson is responsible for the management of the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor. Prior to joining OmniTRAX, he was the Development Manager for TSG Properties, and before that he was the Development Construction Manager for THF Realty. Halverson also spent several years as a Property Manager for Sunflower Market and as a Field Engineer for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. He earned a BS in Construction Management from Michigan State University.
