At the footstep of the Rocky Mountains, Northern Colorado is home to many of the fastest growing communities in the nation and developers are taking action. Recent developments include various national branded hotels and UCHealth’s Greely hospital. In June, developers announced a $225 million sports park to be built 3 miles north of Windsor. The complex will include 65 baseball and multiuse fields and is expected to host national tournaments resulting in more than 100,000 visitors a year. Mile High CRE states that developers see the area’s limitless potential as better infrastructure is in place to support a growing population. All of this adds up to Northern Colorado being an attractive option for new business and industry.
