Windsor, Co continues to get the attention of industrial and manufacturing prospects who are looking for a new and/or additional location for their businesses. A recent Greeley Tribune article, 2017 was a record year in Windsor’s economic development scene, highlighted that 72 of the 170 requests from prospects are still considering Windsor as a new location. Stacy Johnson, economic developer director for the town of Windsor, stated that “it makes sense to business here” in part because of the strong community that supports business growth. The town of Windsor is focusing on the build-out of critical infrastructure such roads, sewer and water necessary to support the growth.
